Method 1: 0m6s Turn on Camera in All Settings. Click on windows start button\settings\privacy\camera\let apps use my camera: turn it on

Method 2: 0m36s uninstall webcam/camera driver from device manager. Right click on windows start button\device manager\imaging devices\right click and uninstall all items under imaging devices. Don’t delete. Just uninstall, uncheck the option of delete if asked. Now click on Action on the top menu\Scan for hardware changes. The uninstalled driver will come back if you didn’t delete. Please restart your system if it didn’t come back! Note: If you don’t have anything under imaging devices, you need to download and install the camera/webcam driver.
